Add to the warm character of a kitchen or dining room table. The Oil & Vinegar cruet set is 100% recycled glass from Spain. The tray is crafted from wine barrel staves. Wine barrels are made from 80-120 year old, white oak trees. Each tree can produce about 2 barrels. Wood is dry stacked for up to 4 years, after which it is shaped, formed, and toasted in the barrel raising process. Barrels are used for 3-5 vintages before being retired.Wine staves and barrel bands are sourced from the Napa & Sonoma Valley areas. (SI)
